Comply with the fire authorities’ requirements for overview
MultiTeknik’s Area Counter gives you full control of the number of guests or customers in a certain area. You always have an up-to-date overview so you can ensure the correct staffing levels and always have your answers ready when the fire authorities come on a visit.
Whether you are in charge of a museum, restaurant, playground, discotheque or any other place with public access for paying or non-paying guests, you must have control of the current number of people in your area.
If the fire authorities come on a visit, you must know the number of guests here and now, which is often a prerequisite for meeting the requirements of your emergency plan, which lays down the current standards for staffing in relation to the number of guests.
Get the full overview of the number of customers in an area
Area Counter’s interface is a small window, which always appears at the top of the computer screen. The interface requires no installation; it can be run directly from a USB flash drive.
It is therefore easy and simple to always have one or more PCs displaying the status in terms of number of customers. An upper limit can be entered by shifting the current number from green to red in order to configure a warning to be triggered when there are too many guests in relation to the maximum allowed number.
The great flexibility MultiTeknik offers also ensures that you get a solution that is 100% tailored to your business.
Wired or wireless via Wi-Fi
Area Counter works both wirelessly via a local Wi-Fi network or directly wired.
Many areas of application
Area Counter can be used everywhere, where it is difficult for the operations manager to assess the current person load and thus comply with the fire safety requirements; museums, swimming pools, restaurants, discotheques, bars and nightclubs and many other places.
The fine print…
MultiTeknik’s Area Counter is based on information from camera sensors that can distinguish and count individuals with quite a high degree of precision. However, some inaccuracy can always be expected.
