Are all the door receipts going into the right pocket?
100% overview – 100% check Trust is good – checks are better
– not exactly an example of the latest management philosophy, which
delegates responsibility to staff, but there are industries and areas
of business where checks are vital to safeguard income from door receipts.
With the Entrance Reg. System door receipts are fully safeguarded.
With the Entrance Reg. System, a counter makes sure there
is a 100% security on entrance earnings and 100% control on the number
of guests who enter.
It is not possible to cheat with the system, not even
during power failure, where the system continues to function and an alarm
is activated.
How many people have been admitted?
The number of guests is controlled using the electronic counter. It is
impossible to cheat the counter function, not even during a power cut,
as the unit will continue to function and an alarm will go off. The unit
has a PIN, which only the person in charge knows.
The unit can be zeroed after use or at a shift change, but only by the
person with the PIN code. It is possible to turn the display off during
operation so that it can only be read if the PIN is entered.
Remote control In many establishments the owner has to
man the door himself, literally for the sake of security. This is no longer
necessary with the Entrance Reg. System. The counter box can be connected
to the office by cable, enabling it to register admissions up to 300 metres
away from the door. This means that the doorman only has to do the physical
stamping and does not have any access to the recorded data. The counter
box can, of course, be installed at the door as well – which is
what most clubs prefer. Several stamps can be connected to the same counter
box if there are several entrances.
The system comes with a 2-year warranty.
Easy installation:
Plug the counter into the mains and activate the PIN on the counter box.
The counter is now ready to use. When the skin is touched, the customer
is registered on the display. The counter box can be zeroed by activating
the same PIN.
Topping up the ink:
When topping up the ink, it is very important not to put too much ink
on the pad. The pad must never be wet, only moist. If the right amount
is used, ink will only be applied to the text on the rubber stamp.
It is very important to clean the stamp with clean water
after use and dry it with a cloth to prevent old ink from building up.
NB: Always
read the counter before cleaning.
